Welcome to our Terms & Conditions. Please read these carefully — by booking or using our services, you agree to these terms.

1. Terms of Participation

1.1 You must comply with all instructions and rules provided by our staff or displayed at the venue.

1.2 For safety and enjoyment of all guests, we recommend a minimum age of 11 years, though we do not enforce a strict age limit. Anyone under 16 years must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

1.3 Participation in our activities assumes you are physically and mentally able to safely take part.

1.4 We reserve the right to refuse participation to guests who behave in a way likely to diminish others’ enjoyment or risk safety. Unacceptable conduct may result in removal without refund.

1.5 Consumption of alcohol or drugs before or during participation is not permitted. Guests appearing under the influence may be refused entry.

1.6 Guests must advise us of any accessibility needs prior to arrival so we can discuss reasonable accommodations.

1.7 All participants accept personal responsibility for their own behaviour and take part at their own risk. We are not liable for injury, loss or damage arising directly or indirectly from attendance.

1.8 We accept no responsibility for personal property left on the premises.

1.9 We may update these Terms at any time without prior notice.

1.10 It is the responsibility of the person who made the booking to ensure everyone in their party is aware of and agrees to these Terms.

2. Booking and Fees

2.1 All bookings must be paid in full before entry to the activity.

2.2 Bookings are non‑transferable once confirmed.

2.3 Bookings are non‑refundable except where required by law.

2.4 We may, at our discretion, allow rescheduling with at least 24 hours’ notice.

2.5 If you arrive late, your session may be shortened or cancelled without refund depending on availability and operational requirements.

2.6 A deposit of £10 is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment/booking.

2.7 Deposits are non-refundable.

2.8 The deposit will be deducted from the total price of your booking.

2.9 Bookings without the deposit will not be confirmed.

2.10 We cannot accept responsibility for bookings lost due to communication or technical issues outside our control.

3. Health and Conduct

3.1 You must follow all safety instructions given by staff at all times.

3.2 Physical contact with equipment or fixtures in ways not intended by staff may result in refusal of participation.

3.3 Disruptive, abusive, threatening or discriminatory behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in immediate ejection without refund.

3.4 You must ensure all persons in your group behave responsibly and safely throughout their visit.

4. Liability

4.1 We take reasonable steps to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all visitors.

4.2 We accept no responsibility for injury, loss or damage except where required by law.

4.3 By making a booking and participating, you accept that we are not liable for indirect losses, personal injury or property damage unless legally obligated.

5. CCTV and Recordings

5.1 CCTV may be used for safety, supervision, and quality assurance.

5.2 Any recordings made are the property of the company and may be used where legally permitted.

6. Changes to These Terms

6.1 We may modify these terms at any time. Revised versions take effect as soon as they are posted on our website.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England & Wales.
